For those following, im sorry for the lack of updates.

Basic news, our first event is getting lined up for Memorial Day May on Monday May 28th. Usually the weather is good by then, and you have time to squeeze in a test and tune before the event to get ready.

We are also in talks to working on locking down a timing system that will eventually lead to hosting time attack/time trial sessions.

But until then, heres some pics and vids from our last event!!

Lee's EG Shell For Sale!

Once upon a time Lee worked his ass off and had a Honda Civic. He took real good care of it.

It started to rust a little so he had both quarter panels patched and repaired by a quality bodyman.

Then some asshole stole it.

Lee can no longer afford to rebuild the car how he originally intended so he is unloading it for 1,000 firm.

The car is inoperable and is only a rolling shell. There is no engine or drivetrain. It does come complete with GSR brakes all around. Please call Lee for details, im just trying to help a homie out on trying to sell it.

Track goes live at 9am with run group 1
Run group 2 goes out at 9:30
Pattern alternates until 12
Lunch break from 12-1
Run groups alternate the same pattern until 3p
Track goes backwards from 3p-5p alternating the same group patterns

WANGFEST!!!

For those not in the know.....

Wangfest is ProFunction's bbq/meet/track day at Gingerman Raceway on Sept. 5th.

For those of you who are bored of car meets and sitting in parking lots discussing the finer aspects of mesh wheels and offsets.

For those who want to do something different with their cars besides hoodrat street racing and are getting bored of drag racing.

For those who are well round automotive enthusiasts.....

WangFest will give you the opportunity to see first hand what a road course is like if road racing is something you were interested in. It is encouraged that if you have a helmet to please bring it as different drivers will be giving ride-a-longs on track at full speed.

Track Sessions start at 9am and go on till 5pm.

BBQ Starts around 10:30 and goes on until we run out of food.

This is not a traditional car meet so leave the tire shine and spray wax at home. Caravan in your mom's honda accord with your friends and have a good time.

Chicago, IL to GingerManTake I-94 East to I-196 North. Follow I-196 North to exit 20 in South Haven (Phoenix Rd.). Turn right on Phoenix Road, GingerMan Raceway is located 6 miles East.

From downtown Chicago its about a 2 hour drive.

Well here we go. September 5th 2011 marks the date of WangFest!! This is a private invite-only track event being held at Gingerman Raceway. We are limiting participants to about 40 people. Word on the street is that there may be media coverage of this event as well. Feel free to mark your calendars whether you will be driving this event or not. It is open to spectators and it is actually encouraged that if you can come check out the event, please do so.

So far the day's schedule looks ike this-

8:30am - Drivers meeting. Straight forward and simple.....dont hit anything. Be safe out there. etc..etc.
9:00am- Track goes live. Wang1- goes out. Open to all participants.....limited passing
9:30am- Wang2 goes out. Open to all participants...OPEN PASSING

*Track alternates the same pattern until lunch break at 12:00

1:00pm- Track Goes live using the same half hour alternating pattern as the morning.

3:00pm-Track goes backwards.

5:00pm- Track day ends and we all have a group shower.
